Scroll shortcut for Workspace & Timeline Indicator???

Hello All,

                Hope you are fine. Pls share the below mentioned shortcuts for Work Area and Timeline Indicator. It is very time consuming to hold and drag it required a lot of effort because this is using very frequent. Like i found for Time Navigator hold alt + mouse wheel for zooming and hold shft + mouse wheel for scroll it saves a lot of time.

Required ShortCuts:

1. Scroll and Zoom In/Out of WorkArea.

2. Scroll(Forward/Backward) and Move Timline Indicator at mouse position. (I know the frame movement shortcuts)
