Selecting Layers by Numbers

I am trying to create keyboard shortcuts for selecting layers by numbers 1-9, because I have a Macbook and not a full keyboard and therefore no number lock, however, when you go to customizing the keyboard shortcuts there is no option for 0. So it is impossible to select any number with 0 as a digit, for example, the number "10" or "108". Is there a workaround for this? I know the simple workaround to select the closest number the to number with a 0 digit but why is there no option for 0, for the keyboard shortcut? And is there something that can be done about this?There is no option for 0.
