So my scale properties are not showing,

So as you can see in the bottom left corner of the image, that the scale properties do not show up. It only happens when I create a new project file or creating a comp in an already open file.

So is there any workaround or I gotta reinstall?

Right-click on the timeline column headers and reveal the A/V column. I strongly suggest you read the online help on such basics to avoid further confusion in the future.

Can i ask you another question??

All the videos i export through media encoder or after effects have spherical metadata by default. Hence whenever i play it on my windows media player, it plays as a 360 video. Please help.
