(Solved, finished, don't bother)

So i was using After effects (i'm on first day of the free trial) , and i was done with all the edits, so i clickd on file, export, render and it started to render, but the estimated time to render was over a day, then it stopped said "Not responding" then it started to glitch A LOT, so i tried to close the window but it stayed there and my laptop glitched. it finally went back to normal, but when i want to try and render it again, i couldn't do anything... Except for the help window. so now AE is stuck running in the background and i can't even get my end results of my video. It also doesn't let me preview anything, please explain !!!!

Start by (force-) rebooting your system.

I tried restarting my Laptop, but i found it still running in the background, just the same.

    also, i would appreciate it if anyone tells me exactly where to go and what to do, navigating is not my thing.
