Hi! I’m using after effects cc 18 and everytime i wanna do a text layer it’s not showing up on the composition. Is there something i can do?? Please im struggling with this for hours 😩😩
Do you currently have a composition in your timeline? You have to have an existing composition to create a text layer.
If you have a composition in your timeline click on the timeline and then double click on the "T" tool in the tool bar to see if it creates a type layer.
Without any info about your system, your project and things like fonts used, formatting options for the text, language settings we can't really tell you much.
