The AE can not launch in my Mac

I don't know what happen about the After Effect, which can not open in my mac system - Catalina Version 10.15.7.

I already update to the newest vision about After Effect. But unfortunately, I want to open the software on my computer; it does not work. 

The Icon will jump several times. Then it disappeared. No information, not mistake report, nothing. And the window about the AE never shows on my desktop.

That's wired, tell me if you meet the same issues and if you fix it.

Sorry for your issue.

Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM) and the exact version of After Effects you're using? Also, are you using any third-party plug-ins? If so, try removing them. If that doesn't help then try resetting the preferences.

This is my new Mac and the Graphic I used are AMD Radeon pro5500M 8GB with Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536MB.

I don't run AE on this Mac before.

And I always download the last one from the cloud, the vision of AE is 17.5
