To uninstall FxFactory Plugins from After Effects/Premiere:
Go To
/User/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore (Trash the FxFactory Folder with all the plugins)
Then Go To
/System HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore (Trash FxFactory Components)
After you have done this they will no longer appear in your plugin list.
On a side note instead of completely uninstalling FxFactory this is a great solution in case you want to use these plugins with another NLE. They should allow you to manage which NLE is using which plugins from their App. Just keep in mind when you relaunch FxFactory it will most likely reinstall all the plugins and components to these folders again. Rinse wash repeat.
I hope this helped.

Hi guys,
We have implemented individual switches (toggles) in our software to allow you to enable plugins for either/or AE and Premiere Pro. We are almost done testing the new version (FxFactory 7.2.4) so the change should become public soon.
When this version ships, you will find the options under Preferences... → Adobe
In current versions of FxFactory, it is only possible to disable plugins in Premiere Pro, whereas they always load in AE.
For those trying to remove all our software from the system, the best approach is to launch the FxFactory app and use the Uninstall FxFactory... command under the Actions menu.
