Urgent! After Effects 17.5.1 - I can't import mp4 files. Those files worked well in the past.

Hi there, 

I am unable to import mp4 files recorder with a dlsr camera. All my past project are unusable now. It there a fix? And no, recoding every footage is not a fix, it will take days.

This is urgent, I can't to do my job

Start by reinstalling the program to potentialyl fix busted CoDecs. Also check your graphics and audio drivers and the relevant hardware acceleration functions in AE.
