So I am editing a video for work and for the first several minutes scrubbing through my footage in the composition was perfectly fine.
Then I began to realize that every single video I have would have a weird loop bug. I thought it might be just cosemtic and rendered a short test video and even the rendered video has the same exact looping bug as seen here.
Start by flushing your disk cahces and check the cache usage in the render settings along with having a look at your hardware acceleration stuff, the source footage and so on. These may simply be decoding glitches.
