VR Comp Editor issues with Element 3D scenes

Hi,

Is there a known issue or a work around for the VR Comp Editor to work accurately with a scene in After Effects created using Element 3D?

It took a while to realise that when a new 3D Edit is created it seems to create another version of the original comp, and so I found I had two different versions of Element 3D scenes running.

It seems that the VR Comp Editor does not recognise any textures and other objects that are called through the Element 3D Custom Layers or Auxilary layers. If I have a graphic or a texture mapped to an object through a custom layer, once I run the VR Comp Editor the new version ignores anything referenced through the Custom Layers.

Is this expected or is there a fix for this?
