weird glitch in render preview

So i use a late 2015 macbook pro 2.7 GHz intel core I5  8RAM i know is not the best computer to run AE, but the thing is , i had edit for the past 2 years small videos no longer than 35 sec, and AE never lagged like its doing it right now, i recently updated to cathalina and got AE 2020 i used to edit with Ae 2017 and suddently is super slow, so slow!! and i get this weird glitch went is rendering the preview, if someone knows how can this issue can be fixed also i'd tried to purge cache nothing works is so slow, BTW i have reistalled AE twice already

Your computer is not meeting the minimum system requirements for After Effects which could lead to the performance issue that you mentioned. To troubleshoot the preview issue properly, we'd need more details:

1. What are your system specs (CPU, GPU, OS version)?
2. What's the exact version of After Effects you're using?
3. Is it happening with all the projects or a particular one?
