The interface and the cable are a lot more important than the SSD. They will all read and write a lot faster than the data can get through the cable. A cheap USB C or Thunderbolt cable can have data transfer rates as low as 10 Mb/sec. Make sure that the interface and the cables you use are up to the same standard as the ports you have on your computer. Once you have that figured out any good SSD with decent reviews will be just fine. The bottleneck is always the cable.
