What settings used to encode such small size videos?

Hi,

I 've tried different settings with the adobe Media encoder, and i could not get near this result, it's ecard videos (sizes are around 7mb):

So maybe something like this, that's my preset for small videos I send by e-mail. Just play a little bit with the bitrate:

The minimum size i could get is 14mb
