When I install After Effect 2020 in my MAC (Catalina) it take very long to load.

In my macbook pro 13" I installed Premiere pro and Lightroom, all perfectily working. After that i intalled After Effect 2020 version on my MAC, After installation, When i tried to open After Effect 2020 it take very long to load. After that all my adobe softwares and all other mac applications start load more time to open. At last i reset my MAC, Then i installed it once again, it happends again.
