You don't have any 3D layers in the comp and the camera has not been added to the timeline yet so there is nothing to preview.

 

Add a camera, add some 3D layers, then double click the Camera layer again and Preview should be activated.  

 

In the future, please embed your screenshots using the toolbar.

You don't have any 3D layers in the comp and the camera has not been added to the timeline yet so there is nothing to preview.
