This is now my 3rd post. There is no one gives help even at the chat. They aonly send links, which do not help. We pay 75 Euro per month and can not create release builds without getting error messages by apple or by flash builder.

The Download for Mac is as dmg file. How to install??

If we zip it and extract at iTerm, the Flash Builder accepts, but comes error 102, namespace error.

When finally one of the adobe developers will give a reply here??

Can you please provide the steps for deactivating teredo and configuring ipv6 settings? I will try to reproduce it over Win 7 machine.

Hi, I deactivated teredo with this using cmd as administrator.

netsh interface ipv6 set teredo disable

But please check if with a connected webcam at win 7 the app is working. As I have only 1 PC, I can't anymore. Installed win 10.

hi, also with sdk26 windows is not working. apple does work.

I will send you all screens tomorrow. I have to leave the office now. Its a bit frustrating..

At the first start of the app you have to enter your user data. I created an account for you. Just answer the question, if you have already an account, with YES.

Username: adobe

Password: adobe1234

I hope you may do the login process, maybe the app also crashes there.

If the App opens, click at PetStation. There you see the button Setup. Click this button. If a new screen appears the app is working. If not, the app is frozen.

You may also open the PetStation. If you see at the screen the Live Video Button and at the bottom 2 buttons the app is broken. These buttons only have to appear if the symbol in the top right corner appears green.

As I told you: With Win10, IPv6 network and teredo deactivated the app works. With Win7 no chance.
