Is the SKStoreReviewController class also included in the AIR SDK 26?

SKStoreReviewController was added in iOS 10.3, but it doesnt seem to be supported with AIR 26

We had upgraded to iOS SDK 10.1 in AIR 25. Hope this helps.

That article takes you to:

which does say iOS 9 or later, but it doesn't say which version of AIR that relates to. As it's the latest specs you would think it mean AIR 26, but how would someone find out which version of AIR supported iOS 8 for example?

The other part of the question is which version of AIR uses the iOS SDK 10.3? The AIR 25 notes say it uses the iOS 10 SDK, but the AIR 26 notes:

don't say which iOS SDK is used.
