AdobeAIR / Samsung Galaxy TAB3 / Error -24

It is not possible to install AdobeAIR, I get the message error : <Erreur, code d'erreur inconnu lors de l'installation de l'application "-24">.
The Version I got the last week didn't work also.
It seams that I am not the only French guy who has the same probleme ( on forums and comment on Google PlayStore).

Each test didn't work, each time I did à OS HARD initialisation ( all the data was lost)
* I updated all the software and tried to install AIR
* I didn't update any software and tried to install AIR from AppStore only. Samsung acout wans't activated and Google tied to install only AIR
* I installaed the AIR BETA 4

Test Configuration

My Hardware and Environment details:
Adobe version : 3.9.0.121 27 Nov
Android : 4.2.2
Equipement : Samsung Galaxy TAB3 GT-P5210
Kernel : 3.4.34

CCClean or un-installation all the the other software doesn't help the installation of AdobeAIR.

Please tell me what to do to get AIR working ???

Galaxy tab 3 is Intel based. Its causing a number of folks good amounts of grief : http://forums.adobe.com/message/5799085

Hello Everyone,

If you're facing Error 24 while installing Adobe AIR, please read further. Samsung has recently pushed an update of OS to 4.4.2. Please upgrade to that and follow the steps below.

•    Goto Settings > Application Manager > Google Play Store
•    Clear Cache and Clear Data
•    Launch Google Play and try downloading Adobe AIR now.

I also still have the same problem. I did everything that I could find on the web. Clear cache and cleare data of google play but without succes.

Please help!!!!
