adt does not see my device (while adb does)

I have Transformer Prime TF201. I installed drivers and all works fine with adb (from the latest Android SDK). But when I try to 'adt -devices' (from AIR 3.5 SDK) it shows no devices. What did I do wrong? I need adt to see device to be able to install and run app from command line.

Same problem here, with Samsung Galaxy Tab 10".

I used the following workaround: on the tablet, go to USB settings and changed 'connected as media' to 'connected as camera'. After this change the tablet is recognized by adt (but no longer listed in adb devices...)
