8 months to go (August 2019) until Google Play will require 64 bit support for any new apps or updates to existing apps. Are we officially on the last legs of using Adobe Air for mobile development or is there any new information on this? Thanks.

In the past, Adobe has been providing updates in time for major requirements like this. But we should make sure they are aware of this requirement

Good news, I received a reply to my email: Adobe is aware of the requirement and is working towards a solution. This is speculation on my part but I would expect more details in the next SDK beta release.

Adobe said they are aware of the requirement and are working towards a solution. I speculate that we will have more official details on this with the upcoming Air 33 beta. Sorry for the confusion

Good news, the next generations of ARM processors should no longer support 32-bit apps.

We are counting on you to push an update to fix that issue. As of now Google Play displays the warning on their console whenever you release an updated apk.
