Hi,
Our users are facing with the error "505" when upgrade their Android to 6.0 version.
(this is the similar issue with Android 5.0 a year ago)
Is it known issue or not? What should we do next?

It is difficult to describe the whole scenario. The complaints come from our users.
But it seems the situation is as follows:
1. User updates Android from version 5.* to 6.0.
2. After that our applications disappeared from user device.
3. When user try to reinstall application from Google Play - user will see message with 505 Error.

Hi Everyone,
This doesn't appear to be an AIR specific problem, we've seen users seeing similar issues for many other native apps also. We request you to raise this on Android OS forums.

Ok, this problem is still present in Android devices. I am here to provide a solution to this problem. There are several reasons for this problem, but the solution is generic. To solve Google play error 505, you can do things: clear the Google Play Store Cache, reinstall or update the Google Play Store, enable the Download Manager to correct Android settings, delete and reinstall the problematic app, and clear all Android apps. Content (back up before deleting). Try it one by one until your problem is solved.
