I ve recently started playing a game, that uses adobe air for it's "client".
Few days back the game started crashing. After going through the log files i came up on this:
INFO: maestro [server] initializing...
ERROR: Looking for air at LOLCLient.exe to fill in new proc info, but did not find it.
INFO: COMMAND LINE: Air\LOLClient.exe -runtime Air\ -nodebug Air\META-INF\AIR\application.xml Air\ -- 8393
INFO: Using registered HWND: 1578688 to launch the air client.
INFO: StartProcess [MAESTROPROCESSTYPE_AIR] successful
ERROR: Contact with Air lost version 2.
ERROR: Contact with Air lost version 2.
INFO: maestro exiting...
The games' support team seems to be as clueless as i am.
Firewalls/anti virus/spyware disabled. Reinstalled several times.

I'm sorry you are running into problems with League of Legends. I'm not familiar with this app but I'll install it and try it out. I'll also ask around to see if we have any contacts there that might be able to shed more light on the problem. What version of Windows are you using?
Thanks,
Chris

Windows 7. x64.
And yes, I used the option to "Run as administrator". The forum shows that around 1 person out of 100 has similar issues. No working solution found yet. For some even formatting the computer didn't help and I certainly can't try that.

Thanks for letting me know the OS. I've installed the app and run through the tutorial, no problems yet but I suspect this might only occur when going online? My son is a big fan of DotA so I'll probably ask him to play through some online matches . We've also contacted and forwarded this issue along to Riot games. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this soon.

Thanks for taking personal interest in the issue.
The problem is, that I can't even try going online, since the error pops right up on the log-in screen.
Dev's in Riot forums have suggested to disable the firewall and check if the ports are closed. But as i mentioned above,I ve already done that - several times as a matter of fact.
All I ve found so far is that the issue is something to do with A-Air not connecting with the app or internet or both. Maybe it's something to do with the second line (error) in the Log file (First post)? Air can't find LoL?
Sorry if that's a load of crap, but I'm not much into scripts and such. Just a weekend player.
