It would have been nice to report this directly to Adobe instead of in a forum, but their website did not offer me that option. Hopefully Adobe scans these for reported issues. Adobe Air version 30 (the latest version) does not allow movie downloads in the VUDU app. I know this because I was mid-download when the app prompted me to "upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Air". When I agreed, I could no longer download movies in VUDU to Go. I knew it had to be something wrong with Adobe Air version 30 because it was the only thing that had been changed in the last few minutes. I was able to resolve the issue by uninstalling version 30 and reinstalling Adobe Air version 29 from their troubleshooting website. It works like a charm now. I hope fellow users can use this information if they are having problems with Air version 30, and that Adobe will read this and fix their glitch. I am running Windows 10 on my system, if that matters. Have a great day everyone.

Has there been any update on this? I use VuduToGO while I'm at work and don't have much of a cell service to provide Internet and use this in my downtime, but not having it work prevents me from using it.
