Cannot access tracker.adobe.com

Community Beginner ,

As the heading says, I cannot access tracker.adobe.com. Or more precisely the site is accessible to me, but any time I try to view an issue after a second it comes up with "

No issue found

"

This includes links to issues (from the Starling forums), searches in the search box, and one issue that I have voted on which is on my home page. I am using Safari, and reportedly other browsers work better, but changing browsers is not an option. Latest version of Safari and Mac OS. I tried reporting this as a bug on the site, but that also fails.

Could you please try searching for bugs in this pattern

  • If for AIR, search for AIR-xxxxxxx (where xxxxxx is the bug ID)
  • If for Flash, search for FP-xxxxxx

Thanks,

Tried it with AIR-4101164 which is the issue from my front page. The URL looks right:

Tracker

But the entire content of the issue is "No issue found". It seems links work, searching works, but it fails to display the content every time. I have tried it logged out and logged in.

I tried looking for Tracker and it is working fine at my end.

Could you please try logging it in a different browser and directly search for Tracker

Thanks,

Ankit

When I tried to submit this bug using tracker (the faq says to do so) it also did not work, but differently. After making sure the report was complete (it advised me to fill in one field before this) it failed as follows. The details of the report are the same as described here.
