Hi,
OP: Windows 7 SP1 PC: HPE-110 Core 5 64 bits
Adobe Air version: 18.0.0.190
When installing the new version, I have the following message:"Une erreur s'est produite pendant l'installation d'Adobe AIR."
When uninstalling the current version with CCleaner for example, I have the message: "Une erreur s'est produite pendant la désinstallation d'Adobe AIR"
The current version is not working since I am unable to install program such as "Saal Design" which I used to have photos printed.
Note that Saal is unable to help me.
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
Please try rebooting your machine once.
Also, This issue is generally observed if you are trying to uninstall as a standard or power user. It could be the case that you do not have the complete permissions as administrator. Could you help me with the registry entry value so that we can help you better. For the same go to run(Windows+r keys) and type regedit. Registry editor will open. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Sofware\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer and see if DisableMSI entry is present.
Also ensure that there is a single instance of Adobe AIR installer/uninstaller running on your machine.
Thanks!

Hello,
I am working in the Administrator mode.
In the Registry file: Disable MSI is not present ( only voicewarmups).
I have only one Adobe Air folder : in this folder, airappinstaller.exe, adobe Air Updater.exe and setup.msi are not working.
Thanks.
