Nexus 4 problem

My apps is currently in the android store and i had a big push yesterday.I had a lot of comment about how it didnt work in nexus 4. As i understand ( i don't have a nexus4 to test) nobody is able to load an image ... either from the camera or the their gallery so it's look like a problem with the media promise.

Anybody with a nexus 4 can confirm me that or help me find a fix ? It woudl be awesome.

I tried the application on LG Nexus 4(v4.3) and it's working great. Could you please ask any of the user to share the screenshot of About Devie under Setting menu. This will us to reproduce the problem.

Maybe its with the android version... I only got feedback from the comment so i dont have direct talk with the people that have problem... i tough it was nexus 4 because almost all nexus 4 user say they cant load images... Ive tried 4 different device they all work all the time so now the only possibility left is a media promise problem with older android version is that possible ?

I am asking customer in the comment section to write me their device information. At the same time i'll have one or  two new device today with older jellybean version to test. I'll keep you up to date if i find something.

No, I have not heared any media promise problem with older version. It would be better if we come to know the exact configuration of the device.
