I have the same problem with Air 26. I can compile the .ipa but can't install it with ADT commands.
However, we can install the IPA on device with iTunes.
EDIT : Install on device with ADT don't give error with Air SDK 27, but can't see App.

I'm able to publish to iOS if I use a custom application descriptor file instead of the generated file.

Having this set in the app-descriptor.xml will cause this error. (used for TestFlight testing).

I can confirm the AIR 28 Beta build 120 did fix this problem for me, but .... What about Windows users? If they use this AIR 28 Beta Build 120 they get no app Icons. I understand you all of a sudden "require" a mac to build some "assets.car" file... but I dont have access to a multi-thousand dollar mac.

Hi,
We have tried installing application with both mac and windows using AIR SDK 28 and it is working fine.
Could you please recheck at your end if you are using proper provisioning profile while packaging or share any additional information related to problem faced.
