Timestamp Server?

Hi, I am publishing an AIR app from Flash CS6 on Windows. Using AIR 21.0.0.198 - I keep getting an error that it can't connect to the timestamp server No connection issues... Been happening since yesterday.

Could you try to publish your app using latest AIR Beta: Download Adobe AIR 24 Beta - Adobe Labs

Also please ensure that Java version should be greater than or equal to Java 7.

Didn't help. Got the newest AIR SDK and verified I have Java 8 update 91. Still won't connect to the timestamp server.
