Hi Chris,

really need your assistance,

latest Adobe AIR broke drag and drop in Mac and I have opened a bug for it but yet to hear from anyone from the dev team.

I'm having the exact same issue here as well.  Our AIR app has worked for years until the latest release and now all the drag and drop functionality in our app is no longer working.  Is there any chance for a fix soon?

Sorry about this bug!  We're working on getting the fix out in our next beta SDK.  For the shared runtime, we'll push the fix out in our July 11th release.

I really hope Adobe can do an interim build as current major general availability release of AIR 26 is broken.

please try and get 26A or 27 to GA asap

Our many users  (thousands of them) download Adobe AIR from:

Adobe - Adobe AIR

and in current version of the above link AIR 26, drag n drop is broken.

So, if you can update the above link with AIR 26.1 with a fix for the drag N drop for Mac, it would be much appreciated.

Please see Vivek's request from 6/22.  Our QA and development team have requested a small sample project that will reproduce the problem.  Any chance you could provide that and attach the project to the bug report?

Spoke to my developer and its vanilla drag and drop that is broken in AIR 26.

directly from the AS3 docs, hope this helps,
