Unable download adobe air

Hello

I tried to install adobe air but the second step go fails i.e. the page https://airdownload.adobe.com/air/win/download/24.0/AdobeAIRInstaller.exe

It is not reachable.

My system:

Windows 10 home

64 bit OS x64 based

INTEL i3-500SU

2GHZ

antivirus Avira

when i click your link, an exe starts to download.  try a different browser.

or, Find and download archived versions of Adobe AIR SDK

I was able to download with Opera, Chrome, Edge anf Firefox failed.

All these browsers are portables.

I am having the same problem on Mac Catalina 10.15.1 I have downloaded an archived version, which it says is installed and then I get this error 

“Adobe AIR.framework” is damaged and can’t be opened.
