Have you tried contacting the developer of MoCam.exe to see if this is a known issue? Did this recently start occurring after updating to a new version of Adobe AIR?
Thanks,
Chris

It occurs when Abode Air apps which access my webcam crashes. Something about faulting module Xvivdcore.dll

There might be a compatibility issue with one of your software drivers. We'd need to be able to narrow this down and reproduce it internally to be able to fix it. Can you determine what drivers or software might have installed the xvidcore.dll?

My webcam driver is Toshiba web camera and my video driver is the Intel HD graphics family.
