When I try to download the latest update for Adobe Air I get the message, "Sorry an error has occured. An error has occurred while installing Adobe Air. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator." This is isn't the first time I posted this on this site. I already posted 2 of asking for help and this place is like a ghost town, but I'll try to make this the best and most helpful to help me please. I have a 64 bit Windows 7. I've gone through the common issues and troubleshooting and they didn't help.
- I ran as administrator - Same error.
- Have latest version of Microsoft windows installer
- Have latest version of Microsoft windows service pack
- Use fix-it tool but it did not list adobe air.
This is the last legitimate place I can ask help, and my other threads no one is helping so please, I already tried yahoo answers, reddit, and everything else.
