Adobe AIR installation fails

I've been trying to install Adobe AIR on one of our users computers, but it keeps failing installation.

While installing, it gives a prompt saying

"An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator"

I've tried a few things already, but I just can't get it to work.

Hope someone can help me.

I still haven't found a solution.

Dear Noble, try this methode...

1. run command prompt / cmd (run as administrator)

2. type -> Net user administrator /active:yes

3. enter

4. reboot your computer

5. login windows as Administrator (if there is no users login selection, click start menu and choose log off and then choose the administrator user)

6. download and run the Adobe Air Installer (run as administrator)

7. done
