Hi,

I have successfully applied and obtained my license use distribute Adobe Air.

When signed in to Adobe.com to download the MSI file I dont see it

I can see the installers for Flash and Shockwave, just Air keeps on telling me to apply for the license

Is the URL in the email from Adobe correct?

Hi,

Could you private message me the link you received for AIR distribution files. When you applied for Distribution license on https://distribute.adobe.com/mmform/index.cfm?name=distribution_form&pv=air  page, did you select Adobe AIR in product list?

Thanks!

Hi stevea64170211,

Checked with the licensing team, you have a valid license to download Adobe AIR. Have you logged in using correct Adobe ID? What happens when you click on Download Installer file under "Mac OS" or "Windows" heading?

Thanks!

When using the http://www.adobe.com/products/air/runtime_distribution3.html URL I get the picture attached called UsingAirURL.jpg

As you can see I’m signed in with my email address, which is a Federated Adobe ID

When selecting the “Adobe AIR for IT Administrators site” link I get AdobeAIRforITAdministratorsSite.jpg which asks me to apply for a license again

Any of the Download Adobe Air options gives me the .exe version of Air

Hope this helps

Hi stevea64170211

Due to security reasons, the forums software blocks email attachments.

When selecting the “Adobe AIR for IT Administrators site” link I get AdobeAIRforITAdministratorsSite.jpg which asks me to apply for a license again

Please repost this screenshot.  The Adobe AIR for IT Administrators site link goes to the IT administrators | Adobe AIR page which provides various information on deploying & configuring AIR within an organization, as well as information on AIR's security model.

As mentioned in our PM exchange, and for the benefit of others who may be looking for an AIR MSI file:

An AIR MSI file is not available.  The AIR distribution file is an EXE file, not MSI.  Per the "Using the stand-alone runtime installer" section of the AIR Runtime Distribution Instructions (https://help.adobe.com/en_US/air/redist/air_runtimeredist.pdf):

Once Adobe has approved your request to distribute Adobe AIR, you can include the stand-alone runtime installer file on individual systems or on an intranet. For Windows, this installer is an EXE file.
