Adobe Scout mobile companion app not connecting to PC

Hey all, I'm setting up Adobe Scout on my Android phones to test some AIR/Flash games - I've got Scout running on my PC, but the companion app on my phone just can't see it. Even when I enter the IP address manually into the app, it tries to connect, and says that Scout is not running.

I've double checked that my devices are on the same network and port, my firewall seems to be disabled, and that the Adobe Scout settings allow the PC to be dicoverable.

I'm probably missing something obvious here! Anyone had a similar issue?

I eventually figured it out.
I think the trick was to add new port rules to the Windows Defender Firewall.

Works well now, I'm getting useful Scout data while my Flash games are running on my Samsung phone!
