AIR 17 is unable to publish IPA for iPad 1 anymore

Hi, does anyone experiences that AIR 17 is unable to build an installable Ad hoc IPA file for iPad 1? All other newer iPads work. Also AIR 15 with same code and configuration works.

I have found some solution and created a bug:
