AIR 20, 21, 22 LANDSCAPE mode can't initiate camera. crashes [HELP]

After a few days of struggling with why 2 of my apps using the same code base . 1 works... 1 doesnt.. finally got the answer why. Landscape mode.

My app that is a landscape app crashes immediately when trying to open the camera to take a photo from within the app.

Is there a fix for this? I am kind of stuck and can't update my app now. It worked in AIR 19 ... its broken in every other build.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Jonathon,

I tried reproducing the bug but I am able to reproduce the crash only in debug mode on iPhone 6 (iOS 8.1) using AIRSDK 22.

If you are also observing the crash in debug mode only ?

Hello.. No I am seeing it in App Store mode.

Setting must be set to Landscape.
