Hi Adobe team,

I know forums are generally more dedicated to rants / technical issues, but I just wanted to thank you for this awesome product. Working with AIR on a daily basis is so much fun! And, coupled with native extensions, it offers so many possibilities that I still have to find a competitor with such a feature-rich offer and ease of use.

So thank you guys, I think you also deserve some love for all your hard work. I hope to be able to work with AIR for many more years to come.

Yes, there are a lot of issues... But - this is just amazing cross platform solution. And not for games actually.

We use AIR to create navigations app that can run even background! We use bluetooth audio notifications, local notifications and much more native features via ANE.

Our apps running only in Russia in general due technical reasons, but - one of our app has more than 3.000.000 installs. More than 3.000 drivers in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and some more countries use our app every day!

Please, don't stop - keep doing this great product!

We pay subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud in general for Adobe Animate СС, to support AIR team with money, that they really earned.

You're absolutely right!

In my seven years as a full-time indie developer making mobile apps, I've used native code and various development framework, but nothing can compete with Animate CC and AIR.

There are literally no other single tool where you can design and code an app from start to finish. Easy and smooth. Love it!

Adobe AIR is amazing technology, I have more than 8 years programming in AS3 and I can't imagine something more convenient. Of course there were not many sad to know that Flash player is closed, but now I know that I'll switch completely to the AIR and use it on mobile devices and desktop. I'd love to team AIR was a little more responsive, we don't have enough feedback and information about future plans.

Of course I signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud and pay a monthly subscription, solely because of the support AIR. Please do not drop your AIR development, this technology has a huge future and we can all work together to attract a huge number of new developers.

I'm not happy with some of Adobe's decisions, but besides that I've mostly loved working with Flash over the last 15 years or so. Flash allowed making content quickly and deploying it on many platforms easily. It was probably better at this than any other tech ever. It allowed me to learn animation and later turn that into games that anyone could play in a browser, and even on Steam.

I hope AIR carries on that legacy.

Adobe Air (with Starling and Fathers) is by far the best mobile crossplatform SDK out there for 2d games and apps. Keep up the good work.

I am willing to pay a fee to Adobe for AIR SDK in order to support development. I am afraid that if revenues only come from CC Animate subscribers will not be enough for them to support the platform.

I would like to add our voice to the praise of Air! We are an indie company from Berlin, Germany, building online card game communities for browers and mobile devices. We have round about 120,000 daily active players and we would never be where we are right now if it would not be for this great cross platform solution.

We hope to see a strong future in Air with increased efforts especially in bug fixes, platform support and marketing by Adobe and we too would be willing to significantly increase our expenses in Air to support the future development. Feel free to get in touch.

You do interesting stuff funny I was in Berlin in Boxaghener Str just 2 weeks ago... Card games for browser and mobile, wonderfully done with AIR. I did myself an entire casino with Poker and Roulette a few years ago. I miss doing card games in AIR ahahah right now I am working on a dice game. But the outcome is always one: AIR rocks

Great post!  I've got over 40 apps in iOS and 40 in Android ...  have over 2 million active users ... I've been a firm believer in this platform for many years!  AIR IS THE BEST!
