AIR SDK 28 - Error message received from Apple

After submission of an app compiled with AIR 28 SDK,  I receive the following message:

Missing Asset Catalog - Your app is missing the asset catalog file in 'Dis moi !.app'.

Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

Or you can just compile with AIR 27 SDK.

I tried to follow the instructions given here:

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2412739

but I was never able to “Build the project ( Project -> Build).”

So I compiled with AIR 27 SDK.
