Android LVL for AIR app testing

Hey all,

I am using the Android.lvl.1.2.3.ane to query the licensing server in my air app. I seem to have it working but on the android emulator I always receive Not Licensed regardless of how I set the test response in google play console (I am logged in as the publisher on the emulator) I was wondering if anyone else is currently using the ANE can either confirm this is a bug or give any advice for setting this up.
