Binary is not optimized for iPhone 5 AIR 28

All,

     I am running Flash Builder 4.7, Apache Flex 4.16  and AIR 28 beta. I have added the necessary launch screen images per iPhone 5,6, and 6+ and they appear to be bundled with the app (see Image). When creating an ipa for the app store I receive the following Error - ITMS-90096. I have never seen this error until upgrading to AIR 28, am I missing a step somewhere ?

Have you tried adding launch images as per the guidelines mentioned at Launch Images on iOS with Adobe AIR .
