Hello,

I have this problem with an app I've been working on, it just refuses to work on iOS no matter what, at least in the iPad I'm testing. It installs perfectly, but when I run it, I always get a black screen. I tried installing iPhone Config Utility, to see if I could get an idea of what the hell is going on, and I have certainly found some messages that could be pointing to the actual problem. I'm using an iPad 2 with iOS 7.0.4. I am absolutely sure I'm using the right certificate, the mobileprovision has the device registered in it, and is associated with the certificate. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

When I uninstall it, this comes up:

Nov 27 08:41:38 myipad mobile_installation_proxy[121] <Warning>: Launch Services: Registering unknown app identifier some.app.id failed

Nov 27 08:41:38 myipad mobile_installation_proxy[121] <Warning>: Launch Services: Unable to find app identifier some.app.id

Nov 27 08:41:38 myipad mobile_installation_proxy[121] <Warning>: LaunchServices: Uninstalling app LSApplicationProxy: some.app.id

Nov 27 08:41:38 myipad installd[60] <Notice>: 0x1d7000 handle_uninstall_for_ls: Uninstall requested by mobile_installation_proxy

Nov 27 08:41:38 myipad installd[60] <Error>: 0x1d7000 load_container_state: Could not lookup application some.app.id in the install map

Nov 27 08:41:38 myipad installd[60] <Error>: 0x1d7000 MobileInstallationUninstall_Server: some.app.id not found in user apps, ignoring

Nov 27 08:41:38 myipad mobile_installation_proxy[121] <Warning>: LaunchServies: No placeholder bundle to remove for some.app.id.

Nov 27 08:41:38 myipad mobile_installation_proxy[121] <Warning>: LaunchServies: No app bundle to remove for some.app.id, ignoring

And when I install it again, this comes up:

Nov 27 08:41:45 myipad installd[60] <Notice>: 0x259000 MobileInstallationInstall_Server: Installing app some.app.id

Nov 27 08:41:46 myipad installd[60] <Notice>: 0x259000 MobileInstallationInstall_Server: Staging: 3.07s; Waiting: 0.00s; Installation: 0.91s; LS Sync: 0.00s; Overall: 3.99s

Nov 27 08:41:46 myipad lsd[70] <Warning>: LaunchServices: Updating identifier store

PS: The app id is not actually "some.app.id".

Edit: I'm also using AIR 15.0.0.356.
