Exporting provisioning profile from Xcode 7 to Adobe Animate CC

I generated both a free development certificate and a free provisioning profile in Xcode. I successfully managed to export the certificate (i.e. I may have exported it from my keychain), but see no way to export the provisioning profile. Download in Xcode 7 does not work, and the export command is not available. My goal is to use the certificate and provisioning profile in Adobe Animate CC 2016 to publish an Adobe Air application for iOS.

Perhaps I have a solution. Right clicking the provisioning profile in Xcode 7 allowed me to select "Show in Finder" and thereby find the file.
