Hi Deborah,

I'm on Windows 7 too, but did not get redirected (Chrome). Have you tried using a different browser?

In any case, here are the direct download links for the latest version:

» https://airdownload.adobe.com/air/win/download/25.0/AdobeAIRInstaller.exe  (Windows)

» https://airdownload.adobe.com/air/mac/download/25.0/AdobeAIR.dmg  (Mac)

I hope that helps.

Kind Regards,
Maurice

Hi CaptainTomMurray,

I wrote a reply to your original topic a few days ago, where I provided you with direct links to the installers:

» Re: Download and install Adobe Air

These links should work.

Maurice,

Thanks for the follow up.

When I downloaded the file I received the message that the file had already

been installed.

A search produced no evidence of a Adobe Air file.

Hi,

AIR is available for download at https://get.adobe.com/air.  I've gone to this page on 2 different operating systems using 4 different browsers and I'm not seeing anything Adobe Marketing related on the download page, unless you're referring to step 3 or 3, which does have a product offering, however, this is completely separate form the AIR installer file that is downloaded onto your system.

Also, there is no need to post the same issue multiple times. I have locked 2 of your duplicate posts.  Posting the same thing multiple times results in the folks who are helping you reply to the same posting in different locations.

I am having the same problem.

If I go to the Adobe Air download site and click on the link to download it, I get directed to www.adobe.com/# which is for Creative Cloud.  If I try to go to just www.adobe.com it still takes me to www.adobe.com/#.  I have tried with Google Chrome, Firefox, and IE 11.  What the heck is going on?  I am on Windows 10.

Thanks,

Bill

Hi,

Are you using any sort of ad-blockers/ ghostery extensions in your browsers? If you so please disable the same and try downloading again. Also ensure that you are not using any hosts on your machine which might redirect the requests.

If you still see issues please post a screenshot of the issue.

Thanks!

Thanks for the clue to the problem.  I use Privacy Badger.  I disabled it and I was not redirected to the Cloud advertisement.  I was able to download and install Air just fine.

Thanks,

Bill
