I cant install serp alert app

Hello

forgive my lack of technical skills. I hae an app called serp alert that I want to install. When I try this happens 2014-05-19_2105 - lyndarayner's library I asked the developer and he said it is an adoebe air problem I have the latest installed and run on windows 8. He said that someone might want to see my adeobe logs...I dont really know what he means or how to collect them? Can anyone advise me please?
