Either reduce the data rate of your sound files, or compress images more. If that doesn't bring it below 50 MB then you can use an ANE to work with Expansion Packs. See this page:

BTW, the limit is 50 MB, meaning 52,428,800 bytes. You can get cases where you think you are over 50, but you're not quite.
