send messages when app is not open. push notifications

dear friends,

Greetings! iam creating an lms app. I want to send messages when app is not open (not on). I used pusnotifications with Air for IOS. When I compiled it is not installing in my ipad. I have created push notification certificate and installed it not installing. when I used other certificate it is installing well. I gave correct bundle id too.

iam getting the below error:

pls help me to solve this issue.
