If you want to download playerglobal29.swc ( and older) you need to visit Archived Adobe Flash Player versions

What is the exact problem that you are facing ?

Please download older flash player swc files from Archived Adobe Flash Player versions

For latest version download swc from  Adobe Flash Player - Debug Downloads

there are numerous installer/SDK/helpers/etc. that rely on the URL pattern

eg.

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/updaters/${VERSION}/playerglobal${VERSION}_0.swc

it works for
