I have tried several times to install the latest version of Adobe Air, but have been unsuccessful.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
Please try the following steps, if problem persists, please get back to us :
Download Adobe AIR directly from the Adobe AIR Download Center at http://get.adobe.com/air/. This step downloads an Adobe AIR installer file to your computer.
Run the installer file. For example, on Windows computers, double-click the installer file to run it.
Note: If the installation is not successful on Windows 7:In an elevated command prompt, run the following command:download-location\AdobeAIRInstaller.exe –silent
(Do make sure that you run command prompt as an administrator)
Thanks!

I could not remove Adobe Air. It gave me the following error:
I am the administrator.
Any other suggestions?

Hi,
This issue is generally observed if you are trying to uninstall as a standard or power user. It could be the case that you do not have the complete permissions as administrator. Could you help me with the registry entry value so that we can help you better. For the same go to run(Windows+r keys) and type regedit. Registry editor will open. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Sofware\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer and see if DisableMSI entry is present.
Also ensure that there is a single instance of Adobe AIR installer/uninstaller running on your machine.
Thanks!

No I do not see the DisableMSI entry
As far as I can tell I have one instance of Adobe Air

There does not seem to be a reason for this behavior. Could you try rebooting your machine once.
Thanks!
