Hi!

i am a app developer and wonder when will the AIR plugin for Flash Profeesional include compiling for Mac OS X? Anyone knows this, or have I miss something?

It's obvious that the El Capitan n and the latest Xcode include this opportunities.

Im guessing you mean from a Windows installation of Flash Pro because you have been able to publish for Mac OS for a while now if you are using Flash Pro on a Mac. That would be a question for Adobe, but I think they are more focused on adding features to AIR. I suppose though that only a reply from an Adobe employee could truly answer that.
